AI achieves silver-medal standard solving International Mathematical Olympiad problems

AlphaGeometry is the natural languaire reasoning system for mathematics developed by Google, which uses neural networks to analyze and reason about language. It has been advised by Quoc Le, who served on the IMO Board, and was designed with the aim of improving the performance of AI systems that read and understand written text such as math equations or scientific papers. The system provides novel solutions to complex problems in the fields of mathematics and computer science and sets a new milestone for solving challenging mathematical tasks.
